Large leaf. Your puerh tea's is from arbor or shrub?

图片
Shrub plantation of puerh tea Shape of shrub The front side of shrub's leaf. Compared to arbor leaf it is narrower on width and shorter on length and thinner on thickness. Selected shrub's leaf to make puerh tea. The back side of the leaf. The advantage is that the bud is fat and easier to be picked up. Also can be harvested more from same size of plantation, so the economy side is better. But not suitable to be made into traditional puerh tea. Because of the monotonous taste and poor tea water. The fragrant is thinner and the levels of the taste is not so obvious. Usually, arbor tree needs good environment especially non-polluted soil, clean water and atmosphere.  Then the arbor can grow to large tree and high quality large leaf. After received this tea from supplier with very simple plastic bag, I didn't anticipate so much. So I left it in my storage box for a long while. Because it is green tea and can't be kept so long like puerh tea which is the longer the better, so I decided to have a drink this afternoon. * Some foreign tea lovers say that this is a classical package from Chinese domestic tea seller. 😅 I am also a Chinese domestic seller supplying every kind of Chinese tea to world wide. I use paper bag with aluminum film inside to keep the tea from humidity. 😎 So, when I resell this tea, I will repackage it like below. P.S Please ignore the words on the right bag. It is just for reference. Okay. Let's back to the topic of this time. The tea leaf looks still fresh. And the aroma is faint. I think the reason of the original plastic bag. It can't seal so well. I rinse the tea leaf one time in my glass gaiwan. There is still not so high aroma of this green tea. I was a

Today's tea life begins from drinking JinJunMei

JinJunMei, produced from FuJian province.  Today, what I am drinking is not so expensive. It is packaged by bag which can protect the tea from humidity. Open the bag, the special flavor comes out soon. Very attractive, I can't help brew it soon.     I used 7g. Because my gaiwan is a little big.  Yes, I am considering to buy some small gaiwan like 50ml or around that capacity. Then 4-5g will be enough. To 1-2 person, that will be very suitable. The amber color of the soup not comes from deeply brew tea. I just steep it around 3s. Ok, I will stop here to enjoy my tea. Below is brewing process published on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFMbmTVkAQo
