JohnHou's Chinese Tea Life

Wrapper is clean without any tea oil infiltrated or worm hole on that. Tea body is slight loose because not pressed too tight. For the reason of stems which seems like skeleton of the body, all the tea leaves like stand there not sleep there. Mellow. Medium smoke. Ever bitterness or astriengency is on a suitable level after so many years' evolution. If I can afford the cost of this tea, I would rather drink it every day. Tea info: 2005 year, DaYi, JinSeYunXiang (Golden YunXiang), Sheng Cha. 400g.

What is on your mind?  "The older the better", my feeling.  书上得来终觉浅， 绝知此事要躬行。（Song dynasty， Lu You） Still feel shallow when just gain knowledge from book,  realized that all need to be practiced in the end. Another feeling of mine properly described by Lu, around 1000 years ago. Tea info: 2003 year, 8653. Made by XiaGuan tea factory in the name of CNNP. P.S I have not this tea for selling temporarily, but feel satisfied after taste in friend's tea room.  😊

We have these teas and objectively we know there is no problem of legality of these teas and the most important is "we know that we know and we are sure of that" .  2009 DaYi HongYunYuanCha Cake  2007 DaYi HongZhuang Cake  2008 Dayi V93 I am saying above before my Lord Jesus. 2007 DaYi HongZhuang Cake    or can be called " Adorned in Red "  2008 Dayi V93 2009 DaYi HongYunYuanCha Cake  

Rich liquid body Medium smoky and creamy The iron cake is Guangzhou stored and aged well Fermentation process has taken away green smell completely since 2007 year, even so tightly pressed(iron cake or "Tie Bing"铁饼). It is a tea with classical flavor (or characters on taste) of XiaGuan, when we compare it to Menghai tea factory(DaYi). I'm trying to describe these difference or my personal feeling using precise words but still can't.  . Tea info: 2007 year XiaGuan T8653 357g/pcs.
