Medium smoky and creamy
The iron cake is Guangzhou stored and aged well
Fermentation process has taken away green smell completely since 2007 year, even so tightly pressed(iron cake or "Tie Bing"铁饼).
It is a tea with classical flavor (or characters on taste) of XiaGuan, when we compare it to Menghai tea factory(DaYi). I'm trying to describe these difference or my personal feeling using precise words but still can't.
